Pros

Some really incredible people who actually care about the product(s) they are working on People willing to put the effort into making the product(s) succeed Really good perks/benefits Fine with remote work but that probably will eventually become a problem

Cons

Management lacks focus - they will react to community sentiment and will flop-flop regularly Senior Managers clearly don't use the product(s) so there is a huge gap between what they think works and what actually does They spend way too much money on 'on-sites' - why are senior staff visiting Vancouver at least once a month for a few days? Completely unnecessary Expect long hours, almost always worked over 40 hours a week
