      Pros

      I loved the people I met. I made lasting friendships and had a lot of fun at work. They were very flexible with my schedule. Great benefits overall I liked my time with this company.

      Cons

      High manager turnover in our store. We would have new managers every couple years that would want to get rid of seasoned workers. It reminds you that this type of job is a job and not a career because unfortunately you are replaceable.
