The way in which they use a goal oriented system is beyond absurd. Technology seems to be quite on the low end as far as processing information goes. Why are we scanning papers still? They will not advance you if you did not go above and beyond in the role you were currently in. That basically means even if you hit your mark it does not mean your end goal to move up will happen.
