Pros

Great benefits. 100's of location to transfer to. The privilaege of saying you work for the largest restaurant group in the world

Cons

Low salary. Very strict rules on subjects such as social media. Locations are closing faster than opening. Advancement is incredibly difficult because of competition

Pros

Great benefits and the ability to maximize the retirement tools they have available to you. They also have great options for stock options.

Cons

It is a very stressful environment having to deal with less than desirable clientele and employees who are not the most reliable.
