      Pros

      Darden is an amazing company. You get benefits, they have programs set aside to help you if you get in trouble, all scheduling is online and very systematic. They will work to transfer you to another darden restaurant if needed.

      Cons

      No cons after working for Longhorn steakhouse. Seriously one of the best companies to work for if you want to easily be able to communicate with other employees, managers, see schedules.

      Flex schedule, when slow cut early,good food, 1/2 off when working, change proms every 3 months

      Cons

      Management, you complain even a little about food they will buy it and replace, play favorites with employees, trwat employees bad and no room for advicements.

      Pros

      very laid back and not difficult at all. No side work which is a plus since it saves you a ton of time when leaving.

      Cons

      Campers, compared to many other fine dining restaurants the one I worked at seemed to have many people camping and just sitting around.
