- Lots of hours for people to work

Cons

- Management that thinks they are better then their warehouse employees - New ideas or options are not considered even when presented with data and facts - Extreme lack of leadership but quick for management to throw employees under the bus

Decent pay, especially compared to similar jobs in the industry OK benefits, able to learn a lot if you're interested Company tries to keep up morale with BBQs, catered lunches, company picnic

Cons

Hours... bad, but it's a 24/7 workplace, so you know that going in Loud work environment, mandatory (ugly) uniforms Co-workers for the most part complain that there is too much work, but they barely do the minimum Management could be a lot better
