Good company if you want to have a good pension and steady work. Also good benefits and good money for the industry.

Cons

Communication needs more improvement. A lot of people with too many opinions. To many complainer that don't take action on the employee side.

Senior managers and cooperative owners try to often to hit a home run by management changes. They fail 70% of the time.

Company wants to do the right thing, but never seems to make a profit to be able to pay for it.

Cons

Board of Directors hired outside consulting firm and reviewing operation. Likely means major changes for the company in the near future. Would stay away from new opportunities with them until the coming cuts are done.
