Cons

Micro managing by the managers. Raises and bonus aren't very good they dont keep up with the cost of living.

Incredible that a company with such a outdated corporate model continues to exist. LEAN manufacturing is the answer.

Benefits, jaded yet good people on the floor (most have been burned due to lack of LEAN principles, see above)

Cons

Us vs them mentality (lack of respect is the underlying management issue). Attempting to force thru threats and power rather than mutual respect and relationship. Again LEAN is the answer
