      Pros

      Good company if you want to have a good pension and steady work. Also good benefits and good money for the industry.

      Cons

      Communication needs more improvement. A lot of people with too many opinions. To many complainer that don't take action on the employee side.

      Good people, good products, good quality. Lots of friends i like to work with. New manager team working on long standing issues with fillers and casers.

      Cons

      Hard to overcome history of poor managers. Some old guard still complaining.
