Pros

Decent pay, good bunch of Supervisors.

Cons

One of the most invasive jobs I’ve ever held, I could never stray very far from my work phone for fear of negative feedback and this is a 24/7 operation. Couldn’t decompress on the weekends so Mondays were a drag. Not a very inclusive environment in the plant office and the cubicles sucked.

I envy people who've never heard of Darigold

Pros

Very good 401k and medical benefits. Can have a good work/life balance.

Cons

McKinsey consultants are all over the place trying to dress up the outlook. If you want to know how this will likely play out, look at Fonterra's failed "Velocity" program(and it's fallout); it appears leadership is trying to recreate this.
