Lots of fluff HR Programs - on paper it may look good but actual is less than desirable Work life balance for only those in headquarters Plant management team requires full support from the entire organization to create a great work environment for all team members. Management turnover and loss of focus in this area from senior management and HR allowed an erosion of healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.

Darigold pays well with some of the best benefits I've ever seen. There is constant opportunity to learn more and grow within the organization. The company is growing which I feel will lead to more opportunities in the future.

Cons

Working in the dairy industry can be challenging, however there is plenty of knowledge that can help you.
