Company culture has been tanked, remaining long term employees are demoralized. Senior staff abusive towards workers. Speak up and you will get thrown under the bus. You are expected to fill multiple positions and be available 24/7/365 days with no break. No leadership, most recent leader took over 18 months to figure out moving to a new cloud database was hindering sales, operations and staff despite staff complaints. HR is abysmal, their latest move is to steal workers’ existing hard-earned PTO for “flexible” time off without compensation or any ability to use remaining hours.

We would like to clarify that the new Flexible Time Off Policy does not override your previously accrued PTO. This PTO is still available for use and will sit in your PTO Bank until you use it.
