Cons

Bad corporate culture, negative messaging by newly hired managers to their teams, inconsistent directives, managers have a ‘break you down and build you up’ mentality.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Room for advancement. Safety recognition. Retirement plan. Free coffee and product discount at plant. Supports employees gaining certifications within the industry.

Cons

Morale is constantly low. Management is constantly trying to intimidate. Favoritism. They do not seem to care about employees as people or their health or families...all about quotas. Management has asked employees and me as a current emplkyee to write good reviews for sites like this. has a bog effect on morale giving certain employees a sense of entitlement to belittle others. Shady from the top to the bottom.

Salary is good and rotating shifts are good let's all crews rotate.

Cons

HR and management, employe relation ships are horrsble. Seems like the out to get you, no job security! To much favoritisum to managment vs workers. What ever managers says goes even thou they are lieing and their is evidence they are lieing. No matter who you try to talk to or do the right thing they don't care!

While we encourage employees to bring any concerns to the attention of their leadership, their Human Resources representative, the legal department, or the internal auditor, in situations where an employee does not feel comfortable using the above-stated communication methods, Darigold has put into place a phone and web-based reporting system that is managed by an outside company called EthicsPoint.
