Great company. Few great people care about what they do and the company.

Cons

Continue to have many layoffs all across the plants. I knew people who work at Seattle for many many years. I heard nothing good about them but horror stories. The executives, the directors, the managers only care about their position and paychecks and often mistreated the real workers and replace them.

No prior accounting experience needed. Just highlight your CPA and Big Four background. The turnover is high, and nobody knows what they're doing. Darigold is no different than any pa, you are paid by the pound to criticize other peoples work product. I have a salty troll of a boss who likes to shake the extra and throw shade at the dead. Success in this company is about rizz and knowing how to handle paranoid bosses, play the spyder and spill the tea. The finance leaders are neurodiversity and are obsessed with the status of their job and this how they feed their ego and gain their sense of purpose. It is a place for people from nothing get a chance to rub noses with the chosen WASP elite. Put in 6 to 8 hours, earn my gold star, work my hours, get my promised and bounce
