Your peers and the good people that go above and beyond daily . Union , management , corporate employees

Cons

Company has lost its way. Senior leadership does not care about its employees or leaders. Profits over people and many key leaders are jumping ship .you will be a cog in the system. A tool that is only useful as long as you comply
