Pros

I've worked at this company for numerous years observing the inefficiency and poor decision making by management. This company is bleeding money. High turnover and poor systems management - the entire IT department has bounced ahead of Oracle Cloud migration. Nothing works here.

Cons

Every department does not know how to do their job well. Nepotism/favoritism runs high here. The worst performing employee will get promoted. Save yourself the headache and bad decision. DO NOT WORK HERE you have been warned!

Pros

Some of the nicest people I’ve worked with, but like all large companies, some teams are most dysfunctional than others. Many at my location have worked here for years now. My team’s management keeps communication as transparent as possible. We are given opportunities to grow, but sometimes the responsibility is on us to really let it be known that we are interested in more opportunities. Pay is above the industry average, and the benefits package is well-rounded too.

Cons

Workload can flex at times, but nothing is too unmanageable with good time management.

Pros

My coworkers were upbeat and fun. Never a dull day with them. You could easily make more than the average software engineer. The machines were maintained often enough that I didn’t feel unsafe around them.

Cons

The one area that needed work was communication.
