      I never had a pay check bounce!

      Cons

      Management micro manages everything! They find a way to get rid of good workers and hire people that are lazy and don't wanna work. If there was a job that needed to be union this would be the place. They have all these supervisors and managers and can't make a decision to save their you know what! Employees that are hard workers are expected to do more work and the lazy ones get less. Corporate is well aware of issues but ignore it, as long as the numbers look good and their graghs look good corporate could care less about how employees feel, human resources is a joke, can't trust them either

      The company have an overtime problem to the extreme. They will do anything to get you in the building as much as they can

      Pros

      Benefits are really solid. Pay is average for Seattle area companies that aren’t FAANG big tech. Work life balance isn’t too bad. Interesting business model.

      Cons

      It really depends on which group you’re part of. Some groups have management who still think they work at big ag companies like Cargill and extract every last . Other groups have leaders who believe in work life balance and not burning their people out and running them into the ground. Corporate culture is inconsistent. Top leadership is obsessed with getting everyone back into the office full time when major industrial companies like Ford Motor Company and food/beverage companies like Starbucks are offering hybrid/remote work options post pandemic.
