I’ve been working at Darigold for a few years, and I plan to stay here for years until the day I retire. Darigold has established an immaculate system of operating that has kept it thriving for decades, and with the proven success of the company comes a clear set of expectations for its employees. This means that employees can expect straight-forward work—no surprises here, just good people working together.

I’ll preface this by saying that I don’t always agree with all of management’s decisions and I’m definitely not their cheerleader, but over time I’ve got to hand it to them because they always have their priorities straight and they always do what’s best for all of us in the long run. They also put a lot of focus on building a great culture here. I took it for granted when I first started out, but I can see clearly now how it’s a direct result of the way management runs things and the decisions they make on a daily basis. Their passion for creating an environment where their staff can thrive is why Darigold deserves no less than a five-star review.
