      Pros

      Lots of overtime. Insane amounts.. more than you want. Many people break 100k per year here. The work is all very easy.

      Cons

      Mismanagement .. every possible undertaking by this company always turns into a disastrous waste of money . None of the members of management have any related experience in this field, and no one wants to leave the union to go into management.

      I enjoyed the people and the management is kind. It is a good company to work for.

      When the boss changes, you have to get used to new leadership and you have to get used to taking orders from other people.
