      There are good people working for Darigold,

      Cons

      Lots of fluff HR Programs - on paper it may look good but actual is less than desirable Work life balance for only those in headquarters Plant management team requires full support from the entire organization to create a great work environment for all team members. Management turnover and loss of focus in this area from senior management and HR allowed an erosion of healthy, safe, and respectful work environment.

      Easy Paycheck

      Pros

      Relaxed attendance policy; if it's nice out, you can pretty much leave mid afternoon. Missing deadlines is not a big deal as long as you're trying. Honestly, it's a pretty easy paycheck and you can blend in while having great work/life balance. Nice 401k match.

      Cons

      A lot of unfocused busy work and group think.
