      Pros

      I came aboard the Darigold team two years ago. There have been a lot of changes over the years, all for the better. Most of the changes have been made at the managerial level. As you would imagine, that’s had a trickle down effect with improvements across the board. The future looks bright especially if the company continues heading down its current path.

      Cons

      Company politics are a thing unfortunately.

      Pros

      Strong strategy that looks good for the future. Some really great managers. Starting DEI journey. Good 401k offer.

      Cons

      Old school management, and micro managers in Finance. No consideration for hybrid working "post pandamic". Pay is not competitive for Seattle.

      Pros

      Caring employees, every single last one of them. If you’re willing to move around it isn’t a bad place to build a thriving career. Great training for the most part with minor improvements needed. Management recognizes the need for a better IT infrastructure. I can’t complain.
