      Pros

      I love the work/life balance at Darigold! Company time belongs to the company but when you’re off the clock your time is your own. The scheduling is flexible…depends on where you specifically work in the company. There’s no guarantee your manager will be all that flexible (mines is). It’s easy to get in the zone and watch time fly right on by.

      Cons

      The workload is pretty heavy.

      Pros

      From the day I started I was treated like a valuable asset to the organization. I’ve worked jobs in the past where employees were disposable and not treated with respect. Thankfully I don’t have to deal with that at Darigold. Management is approachable, my co-workers are friendly and the pay and benefits are very competitive. Love it here!

      Cons

      The culture is a work in progress but it’s getting better day by day.
