      Pros

      Darigold is growing fast which provides TONS of opportunities for ambitious, forward thinking individuals. I love that I'm able to drive meaningful change that results in bottom line growth. The fast growth has presented business challenges that allow me to grow and learn at a steep curve.

      Cons

      Some of the old guard is resisting the fast growth and change...they simply want to collect a paycheck. I'd like to see Darigold trim some of the dead weight.

We recognize that change can be difficult so we are very focused on sharing information within the organization and soliciting feedback at all levels of the organization in an effort to be grow successfully.

      - Working for a cooperative connects you directly to the local farmers giving the work a greater sense of purpose - Healthy work/life balance encouraged - Culture is continually evolving - Collaborative office space

      - Some employees make the personal choice to be negative which can be bothersome

      Poor Culture and a Poor Future

      Pros

      There are some great people in this company who really want to make a positive impact.

      Cons

      There is little to no upward mobility in this organization, which is shocking as the Senior Recruiter really tries to sell this to candidates during interviews. The turnover rate is incredibly high, especially with more entry level positions, as there is little to no chance of moving up within the company. The culture at HQ is old school and does not allow employees with fresh ideas to voice them in a way that they are actually heard. Most of the new changes are being done for appearances instead of actually bettering themselves as an employer. Many managers have incredibly poor management skills, and while these concerns are voiced nothing is done about it. Town Halls are spoken about constantly as a way to prove there is "Open Communication" but this is not the case, and really just another fake claim the Recruiters make.
