Fellow lab techs were thorough and precise. We were respectful of each other, regardless of our respective experience levels. Also, starting pay was very good.

Cons

Raises were infrequent, and they weren’t that impressive.

Pros

Some of the nicest people I’ve worked with, but like all large companies, some teams are most dysfunctional than others. Many at my location have worked here for years now. My team’s management keeps communication as transparent as possible. We are given opportunities to grow, but sometimes the responsibility is on us to really let it be known that we are interested in more opportunities. Pay is above the industry average, and the benefits package is well-rounded too.

Cons

Workload can flex at times, but nothing is too unmanageable with good time management.
