      Pros

      Dario is a very fun place to work. The company is growing really quickly, so it is a fast-paced environment and you really feel the momentum. It has a small-company feel though, with people very connected to their colleagues across the country and the world, and a leadership team that is accessible. HR puts great effort into making everyone feel valued, and coming up with ways to foster closeness in spite of the current situation.

      Pros

      Love the multicultural makeup--I'm U.S. based but interact a lot with my Israeli colleagues. Very diverse backgrounds in terms of companies people came from which I love, and there is a very ego-free kind of feeling to it. Folks are generally aligned around helping our users get better. Half the employees are women which is also important. Love that they added benefits this year including 401k match. Its really awesome to see people with chronic conditions like diabetes and chronic pain engaging with us and getting healthier.

      Cons

      It took some effort to learn about and understand Israeli work and communication culture--I find it direct, kind, team-oriented and refreshing but it did take some work to understand and work through language barriers. I'm better for it.
