Pros

Depending on personal commitments, the travel may be a huge positive or a deal breaker! Get to travel almost every week, have some control over my own schedule, and so can negotiate pleasant weeks away, visiting fascinating clients, seeing great technology. Get to stay in beautiful hotels. Love the management, and the fact I can talk to anyone without feeling like I need to go through formal channels.

Cons

A somewhat restricted scope for learning, however as the role grows, and the technology increases, I can only imagine this will change. Already, since I started, training programmes have been put in place. However, there's nothing stopping anyone suggesting learning opportunities to management, so long as there is a business need.

Pros

Travel to new places and interact with different customers. Product is great to endorse and you learn alot

Cons

Yearly increase not guaranteed, you always need to motivate why increase is required. Travelling can get too much. Bonus is tiny compared to amount of money made
