Great start out of college. Culture was good

Cons

A clear divide between sales and tech employees. You do not get commission if you are on the tech side. The reason being you are accepting a higher salary over the AEs who are basically working for commission. I've been in situations where I end up being the "sales guy" that secured the deal.
