      Talented devs hindered by lack of direction and visibility

      Pros

      Some of the dev team are legitimately talented.

      Cons

      Complete lack of direction. Seems to change every quarter. No real career progression, the only way up is to be in the club. Technical culture is very sheltered on a need to know basis. Other engineers will talk about projects you had no idea existed because you have no visibility outside of your team. Despite being an “AI first” company, very slow to adopt any AI tooling across the entire org. A sales company that pretends to be a tech company. Genuinely a massive cult if you’re not in tech. Benefits and pay genuinely lack compared to peers.
