-Working for a World Leading company in its field. -Room for growth and great opportunity to gain lots of hands on experience you wouldn’t get in many other places. You may find yourself directly involved in building new processes due to company’s growth speed. -you get to work with some amazing people - often top in their field. Most people are young so it’s a really vibrant environment. - No micromanagement in most of departments - Subsidiesed payday bar!

- There are specific very few departments that lack this modern management approach that most of DT applies

Pros

Great place to work if you want a solid foundation in sales and love talking to people and engaging with senior decision makers. One can earn very good commission as long as one works hard. Technology is very exciting. Management is very supportive and help is always around when needed. Brand new office is really lovely and for example free lunch is provided on Fridays. It is a fun and fast moving environment. I personally really enjoy working here and would happily recommend this role.

Cons

It would be nice to have more flexibility with working hours.

Pros

Great opportunities for international travelling in luxury style (most of the time). Incredibly social environment, with a vast majority of employees being aged between 23-26. Full of highly educated and intelligent people, so if ever in doubt or simply curious about anything technical, there is bound to be someone you can turn to for help.

Cons

Sometimes work/life balance can get a little bit overwhelming. Not enough employee benefits, as opposed to other tech firms. Pay is not high enough for the quality of work that is getting carried out, in comparison to other organisations with similar roles.
