There is absolutely no sales training. It is just learning on the job, which is fine; but there are no sales professionals in this organization to look up to or to be inspired by.

Lovely co-workers, decent pay, decent level of autonomy, large amounts of responsibility, quick learning curve

Cons

No respect for employees wellfare, simply about expansion and profit, Result is exhausted sales reps and CTs who as a consequence underperform and want to quit despite being very very able people. Nit-picky management which is shambles, far too young and inexperienced to know how to effectively lead such a young and fast growing company.

Was a good group of colleagues that I was working alongside with. Benefits aren't bad but don't go much beyond healthcare, commuter benefits, and I think that's it.

Cons

Management is awful so don't expect much there. They have the mentality that you are going to stay in your position forever if you are a SDR. It's a toxic environment that will make you hate your life and if you want to join, do as much as you can and make sure you work with people to make your resume look good, since you are going to want to leave in about 6 months.
