Great learning opportunity and earning potential. Feels like a great product, but Darktrace misses the mark with their GTM strategy, their internal tools, pricing, and critical thinking in terms of sales strategy.

Cons

Tons of turnover, lack of direction/cohesion. The tools stink.

Pros

some amazing people to work with, and they used to grow and develop their leaders from within. Great office very central.

Cons

toxic management, US executives came in and didn't have a clue what they were doing (example of commercialising a CS department and having to release a new commission 5+ times because they couldn't get it right) new CSMs would come in and make hundreds of thousands in commission and Directors/VPs earned next to nothing.
