You get to work on a variety of projects simultaneously, supporting the main Darktrace product and new mathematics, ideas or one off projects with a predominately great team of like minded scientists.
Cons
Fast growth means it can be chaotic sometimes and future direction isn't always well communicated to the team. Not much insight or chance to engage with other teams such as the sales and marketing or the american teams from the Cambridge base.
