Plenty of overtime availability. -Knowledgeable staff -Union local 955 -Great benefits -Steady workload -Good equipment -Paid training opportunities for new drivers -overtime after 8 hours

Cons

-Animal rendering (not for everyone) -Short handed due to above point. -Mack fleet maintenance issues. -Union senority means mandatory Saturday runs on occasion. -slightly below average pay rate
