Pros

They have a good assistant district manager and project manager who are really trying to make a change but they need more people to back them and stronger supervisors.

Cons

Terrible culture. This place has lots of issues literally more holes in this place than a sinking ship. Very weak supervisors who run when problems arises and they still have a job. General Manager will not even open his mouth and speak to employees who get the job done. They have just a few young new guys who continue to take pride in this place they really need to pay them better groom those few guys and move the weaker supervisors out to improve the culture there.
