Pros
Casual dress, insurance and 401k. Corporate Safety Dapartments do great training and are very helpful.
Cons
You are Micro- Managed and expected to do same. No real authority, upper managers will do what they want when they want depending on location. High responsibilities w/low pay, everyone gets same 2-1/2 to 3% cost of living raise every year. Best employees and worst employees all get same raise. To name a few
