Brotherhood amd comradery is good. Pay is decent. Benefits are good. OT is available. Management is very understandable and work with us. Start out with 2 weeks PTO. Have to scheldule it in by senority. Insurance is pretty good but kinda expensive. Has on site showers and uniforms. They will replace your tools if they break.

Cons

401k Match is very low. Place smells really bad. Have to provide most your own tools. Really doesn't pay employees by skill or by working efficiently. Wages are kind of low for the work we do.
