Pros

This was a great place to work no matter what people may say there is a lot work involved but if you are able to develop a good team it’s worth it. There is lots of room for growth within the company if you are wanting to grow with Darling Ingredients. I saw continuous growth in my roles as I worked there receiving several promotions.

Cons

No cons this company was very good to me long as you follow the company policy and are a accountable no cons

Pros

Managers hours are not tracked and it is flexible as long as your work is getting done. Salaried employees have benefit perks and reduced cost

Cons

Not a 40 hour a week job. Expect to work 50-60 hours a week. The lack of support is difficult; like most companies, money is the driver. If it costs money you better be able to articulate why it's in the best interest of the company. Hourly employees are expendable which makes it hard to improve the culture
