      Fair, but demanding. Good company. Just quite a drive to get to closest facility in Blue Island, Illinois. 85 miles one way from Sturtevant, Wi.

      Cons

      Oracle operating system is difficult to learn. Just takes a lot of time to get it. Traffic thru Chicago sometimes bad.
