      Senior maintenances don't like new guy. They always come to pick on you. Don't surprise they kick you out without reason.

      Decent Medical, matching 401K,

      Cons

      Poor pay, no advancement for women. If you are a woman looking for a career, this is not the company for you. Anything you do, even if it is a challenging taks that was taken over from a male manager, will suddenly be considered "admin" and your compensation will be reflected as such. No matter how much you take on and how well you do it, you will only receive a 3% annual raise at the most.

      Biggest and best opportunity out there in the sustainability field. Hard working culture, but incredible dedication and job tenure. Excellent leadership team with high values on family & community.
