      Pros

      Fair, but demanding. Good company. Just quite a drive to get to closest facility in Blue Island, Illinois. 85 miles one way from Sturtevant, Wi.

      Cons

      Oracle operating system is difficult to learn. Just takes a lot of time to get it. Traffic thru Chicago sometimes bad.

      It's okay but be prepared to work long hours 6 days a week

      It's a great job just very disorganized very lack of communication and you will often work long hours and a lot of Saturdays sometimes holidays

      Cons

      Very disorganized management lacks communication they are sometimes demanding call people out in meetings will work you to death if you let them
