Pros

Benefits are great, pay is better than most other places within the same guidelines.

Cons

Lots of captains sinking the ship. They put unqualified people in management positions and turn their eye when they screw up. If you are in their click they like you will cover for you etc...once you do something they dont like you are banned from their "group"

Good company, dirty work, not many opportunities for advancement.

Pros

Stable company that will be here for years, don't have to worry about the company closing. or being layed off.

Cons

Most of the hiring of management comes from outside. They do not promote within the company very often. Recently hired COO, and several VP's all from outside companies. Raises are 3% per year, no matter how hard you work. Recent email from Human Resources clearly defines this. With current cost of living increases of around 2.7%, the 3% raises really don't amount to much.
