Pros

The pay is the only reason to work there.

Cons

The reason the pay is so good is mostly for the hourly employees. The number of hours is ridiculous. A supervisor starts at 75K but is expected to work a minimum of 60 hours a week as soon as training is over after 2 weeks. It then gets worse as it was almost 85 hours a week when I left there and of course there is no overtime for supervisors. As I said hourly employees are worked to death as well but at least they get overtime. The hourly employees were making more money than I was as a supervisor.
