Dart Container reviews

When they hire you they say they'll start you out at bottom rung on the pay scale and after an evaluation they'll know more of where you fit and adjust things for you. What they don't tell you is that they only do reviews once a year and from what I have heard from other employees the raises are in pennies IF you get one. I know of one other employee that's been there over five years and hasn't had a raise at all. I know of others that have been asked to take pay cuts to get the position they wanted when they applied from within. So bottom line is no one is going to watch out for you like yourself.

So many people in IT section at Mason, MI facility - so little work actually gets done. Daily, the same people walk around with their laptop open as if they are working, yet little work is completed. These same people get recognized and rewarded. Meanwhile, those actually doing work are treated as if they don't matter. One manager in particular repeatedly compares current work to the way it was done at Solo in the past...pre-2012. Nobody cares how a company that was bought out used to do things, so that manager is wasting precious oxygen and time telling those useless, boring stories.
