Where to begin...Low morale, bad attitudes, favoritism runs rampant, plant manager only cares about putting bonuses in its pocket at ANY cost, and no concern for the employees that do ALL the work. Short handed in all departments and shifts, but not hiring. Machines don't run, or run long enough to get a pallet out of them. Machines never get completely fixed, they just get band-aided until the next "PM". Then it's Oops, we need to start the machine NOW! So nothing is ever fully fixed. Upper management is a waste. Don't care one bit about production. Communication at its worst. Unsure about stability or future of the plant itself due to lack of people, running machines, or positive encouragement from the plant manager. Total waste of time and energy.
