Worst Training & On-boarding Experience- Look Elsewhere

Starting here was by far THE worst on-boarding and training process I have ever experienced. A train wreck doesn't even being to do it justice. Nothing was ever explained to me, as far as benefits, time off, where to find resources, or even trying to learn the ropes was impossible. I have worked a number of jobs putting myself through college that were minimum wage/fast food. A chain restaurant has a better training process than this company. I was left at my desk with nothing to do, no instruction, and no direction. Everyone seemed bothered when you tried to ask for help. One week in after trying to get help, I knew it was time to look elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and avoid working here. Too clicky with a very "hush-hush" mentality. They pride themselves on advancing a new employee's career, but don't even give you the time of day to get your feet wet. Such a disappointing and miserable time there.
