Pros

Challenging work. Interesting work. Big company but not huge.

Cons

No flex scheduling or work from home. The whole company is on SAP now. You can litteraly do all your work from home but no flex or work from home makes it hard for employees with families.

Pros

gym, cafe, holiday parties.

Cons

Punitive rules to good employees who follow by the rules everyday but show up late 5 minutes on the morning after a holiday and are refused their holiday pay. While employees who abuse everyday, cheat the system, take long lunches, cheating the time clock, make sure they show up exactly on time after a holiday, get their pay. Then return to being late again day after day. Wage increases are not base on merit, based on where you fall in your pay range, the closer you get to you pay range wall, the smaller your raise becomes even though a you may take on more duties. that goes unnoticed.
