      Lots of potential, poor management

      Pros

      Pay was good, fitness center was incredible.

      Cons

      Benefit premiums are cheap, but coverage is terrible if you actually use it. Lack of management accountability, recent restructures/layoffs and excessive VP hires (before COVID hit) create uncertainty and instability. Unwillingness to evolve and adapt, or experiment with new ideas.

      Pros

      The coworkers become like family. Management is respectful and caring.

      Cons

      The hours are usually 12 hour shifts. There is also mandatory overtime twice a month. Night shift can take a toll on home life.
