      Pay is good for the level of education needed to get the job, but not for the way employees are treated or lack of safety.

      Cons

      - Unsafe work environment. Exposure to some, fall hazards, exposed, unguarded machinery - Expected to work the known-to-be-unsafe, malfunctioning equipment - Barely responsive management - Poor economic outlook for the company overall - Aging equipment run ragged

      My experience was the job was great but the environment was lacking a culture of understanding and maturity.

      Pros

      It was a always busy time moves by they were good about giving you breaks regularly every two two and a half hours and there was room for growth advancement in the company.

      Cons

      The major drawback of the company would have had to have been the fact that the majority of the people that work there we're lacking in experience in a real work environment so they were I'm willing to help you when needed and quite frankly at times lazy.

      If you like working at a fast pace this is the job foryou. Great pay and alot of overtime to make extra money.
