      Pros

      Insurance package and 401k are the highlights. Play their game and you can have a long career. I did for of 20 years.

      Cons

      Below average pay. Their professed core values only apply to the non-management employees. Management will not demonstrate integrity, loyalty, or meritocracy, only focus on profit, and making themselves look good. Not interested in solving problems, only appearances.

      Privately held, family-friendly. Deal with individuals with respect.

      Cons

      Too many written communications, with insufficient guidance to employees about where the company is headed. Insufficient pay to keep good employees, especially when there is high turnover yet shipments cannot go out due to labor shortages. Not being willing to risk losing accounts in order to implement better long term policies for the company. Customers who contnue to shortpay must be moved to cash in advance.
