the vacation time and the family yearly outing at Lug nuts stadium. The Monday thru Friday work schedule. And no over time. you get every weekend off

Cons

Management are micro managers. Some people are racist out there. If you got and talk to HR, there is a target on your back to be fired or harassed even more. And please STOP acting like you know everything and not listening to your employees and stop being racist in the samples Dept. and showing favortism to the employees that are not caucasian
